DOMAINS FOR SALE! ***************, LocalLove.com, SweetAss.com!

FOR SALE!

These names are available to buy individually or as a micro portfolio.

***************
LocalLove.com
SweetAss.com

I am looking for the domain investor who would like to invest in a nice asset (or assets). So, if you are a bargain basement shopper, or a domain flipper, your offer will most certainly be rejected (sorry!).

Please send offers to: dtcmbs AT aol.com

Thank you very much!

Ok, ok don't get mad. Maybe we can work this out.

I very much want to give you a chance.

Please give me your top bid and I will let you know.

I'm telling you right now, if you can get your bid over $63.58 ($US), I think we both will be celebrating tonight!

All I ask is that you "roll" your change before sending it to me.

Thank you and good luck!

Wouldnt be the first time I got a great domain from a stupid low offer... that and offers suck, I always lowball in the hopes they will say the kind of numbers they want to see, or give it to me for the lowball.

sweetass.com I'll go 500

Actually, a lot of buyers try this technique. It was more likely to work five years ago than it is today.

If you are genuinely interested in acquiring a particular domain, you should be careful not to send an offer so low that the seller doesn't consider you a serious buyer. Sending a lowball offer usually lets the seller know that you aren't really interested. Either that, or the seller realizes that the buyer just doesn?t know anything about domain names, but then the lowball offer would technically be just an uninformed, bad offer. (*Also, the extreme lowball offer is used as a comedic technique on gfy.)

I have found that most of the serious buyers will express genuine interest with a first offer significant enough to let you know they are serious.

?Real? domain buyers truly shine and leave no doubt that they are serious.

I usually buy off car forums, and the lowball works there.

The value for Sweetass.com to me isnt as high becuase I couldnt instantly see what I would with it, even though it is a good domain.

500 is an offer, lower then I know it will go for, but about what I feel its worth to me.
If you said well I'll take 750 then I would have to fire up my banking and get on it, but if you said 5000 I would have to pass, not cause its not worth that (It might be?) but to me its not.

That should always be your guide as a buyer. Each buyer has an understanding of what the name is (or can be) worth to them and that is exactly what should guide your bid.

I have received very nice offers that are getting closer!

If you are seriously interested in any or all of these names, you should try to get your bid in sooner rather than later. The winning bid could be submitted at any time!

Last name I sold, I had two more people wanting to buy within ten minutes of the domain name being sold. And then a third e-mailed me about 45 minutes later. They all really wanted the name and were just minutes too late.

Don?t forget that famous quote: ?He who hesitates, loses out on a great domain.?

Thank you again very much!

I don't believe it was fake, but I've had significantly higher offers for that name anyway (even if you want to believe that particular one was fake).

I have..

findlocalmen.com and findlocalwomen.com

not as valuable as localove.com though. Good luck with the sell man, and here is a BUMP!

Thanks! I think your names are great too! I think they would be perfect for a Dating Site and an advertising campaign. In fact, there might be companies out there already promoting your domain names in print ads (while trying to promote themselves). Very nice!

These aren't going to the highest bidder. They are going to the first buyer who offers the right amount! I have had some very nice offers and if you have an interest in any one (or all) of the names, you should make your offer!

Don't let someone grab these out from under you!

Good luck!
