moved here from Texas..

Now that's just one state, go check out some of the other southern state's and tell me they speak the same English as you..

I've been there....Quite a few times. I can officially confirm that they speak English there and I had no problem understanding them at all.

Well it bothers me when I am on the phone trying to solve a technical issue and the fucker living here for the past 5 years barely speaks any English. If you have a citizenship here, then learn the fucking language. Period.

Doesn't IBill have a Chinese language alternative signup page..? I know they handle other languages apart from English. And there's nothing wrong with Chinese traffic, just traffic from China.

Hey and HongKong is really online a lot... Wouldn't be surprised if an cantonse website would have some killer convensions. Even in HongKong most chinese people don't speak english or at least at some level that it could be called a second language
