Many American based chinese don't speak or read english..

Which is something that really annoys the fuck out of me. If you live here, you MUST be required to speak English. Bar none!

moved here from Texas..

Now your telling they speak English in Texas, Young man trot your young ass on down there and see if you can understand them.

Now that's just one state, go check out some of the other southern state's and tell me they speak the same English as you..

I've been there....Quite a few times. I can officially confirm that they speak English there and I had no problem understanding them at all.

Had no problem in Georgia, Tennesse, Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas or any other Southern State that spoke English.

Well it bothers me when I am on the phone trying to solve a technical issue and the fucker living here for the past 5 years barely speaks any English. If you have a citizenship here, then learn the fucking language. Period.

Hey and HongKong is really online a lot... Wouldn't be surprised if an cantonse website would have some killer convensions. Even in HongKong most chinese people don't speak english or at least at some level that it could be called a second language http://bbs.gofuckyourself.net/board/wink.gif
