Firstly I thought I should say hi, have made a few posts and been lurking since May but have never said a big Go Fuck Yourself to everyone here.

On to my question, I am wondering if I am stupid to consider shooting content for resale. Is the market just too saturated at the moment?

I have just moved to a new city there is no one I know of doing it here and I know a few girls already that would love to do it.

I am pretty good with a camera having been my hobby for years and have a good digital SLR. The girls also wont have been shot before.

My concern is spending some serious dollars paying models to build up a collection of content if there is no way I can sell it later.

Any comments or thoughts appreciated. (Maybe I am just mad for posting this question here

)

If you just moved to Hobart your problem isn't going to be selling the content - your problem will be getting anyone to actually stand, sit, lay, or bonk in front of your camera.

Most girls/guys down here seem to think that if you point a camera at them then their soul will disappear through the lens.

Marie and I have been shooting our own content for the last 3.5 years down here and we have just about given up trying to shoot anything other than what we need for our paysite.
