I recently join the program. Is it good? Will they pay?

yes, they pay on time every week
( of course if u made signups )

althou alot of webmaster say that
they're shaving, i still getting signups
and paid handsomely so it's okay to keep
promote them

Yeah they are okay and yes they do pay!
They convert pretty good on some of their sites, they count 2-nd page hits though...

Yes I live in Victoria and I get a check fromthem every week.
