I just started making some galleries and submitted to 20 - 30 tgps. According to my stat counter, I am receiving 30K traffics average per day. Yet, Hardly anyone from the 30K clicks or signup for my TOPBUCKS sponsor. You have any suggestions to which sponsors I should use? Or how to convert this traffics to something useful?

I suppose you are using the same galley you posted earlier? That thing was terrible!

Check out some of the galleries on the TGP's and see how they are doing their galleries.

Use them as a refrence "dont copy" to design your own.

TGP traffic isnt that good...but with 30k, you should be making some money.

why didn´t you just surf around at worldsex for a hour like somebody else recommended and see how clean galleries look like that actually convert.. thats how you have to learn.. there is also a good tutorial listed at the tutorialsection of AWI

Oh, and resize your movie down and use lower bitrate.

400k for a 2 second clip is a joke. It's amazing that some TGPs even accepted your gallery.
No wonder you're not getting any signups.

Movie tgp pages generate alot of traffic but few signups.
If your gonna use movies then you have to be selective
about where you post them. It also doesnt make much sense
to sell the surfer on vids that your sponsor doesnt even
have. TOPBUCKS is only going to pay you a few times before
they cancel you for breaking their Terms Of Service.
Common sense, use the sponsor's content to sell the sponsor.

Other than that..
Bad colors
Too much scrolling
Text doesnt convey a clear message and is difficult to read.
Some of the text doesnt even form a sentence.
".. Not Enough with few minutes with Jenna Jameson? .."

Stick a fork in it.

Topbucks seems shave a lot off clickthroughs, <a href="http://www14.smutserver.com/teen/silver/amateur/gallery1/index.html">this</a> gallery made hardly any clickthroughs and no sighnups.. i gave them away, i tested a their link through linkcounter.com and they only registered around 1:10 clickthroughs that linkcounter did.

You have a limited time to make the surfer horny enough to use their credit card. If that page doesn't work on you, it probably won't work on a surfer. Have that in mind when you're working on your next page. And if you really want to make it work, less is more.

i'm not fan of topbucks, but what you said is not valid at all. Sponsors like topbucks know how to deal with subscribers and they don't loose them due to less or lack of a specific kind of content.
