				Fruit Smoothies
			 Anyone here drink a lot of fruit smoothies  I think I could do one a day... I love the berry ones strawberries, raspberries, Blueberries, they are all good and blend them all together with the rest of the stuff that goes into the smoothies and damn they are good you like smoothies ? they can be very healthy depending on where you get them |

				 | I make my own... throw in some frozen fruit like strawberries etc and a banana and then some OJ and blend it together... very good... there are a lot of things you can do. I'd rather make my own though. |

				 | I like smoothies at Jamba Juice. They also add in tons of vitamins, fiber boosts and other stuff, whenever I feel like I am getting sick I will have one of their "cold boosters" and it clears me right up. Not sure if it's a placebo or real but it seems to work. |
