Some of their clients don't pay affiliates and they don't show any cooperation to the affiliated webmasters whom make them the money!! They try to hide themselves behind their software.

Jettis: "Unfortunately, I have no positive news for you. Jettis acted on behalf of these merchants as one, a third party processor and two, a software vendor.
As a processor we debited consumers on their behalf and paid these merchants the monies which they were owed. As a software vendor we simply tracked what they owed to their affiliates in the way of commissions.

Our relationship and contractual agreement was with our merchants. Only they maintain a relationship with the affiliates driving traffic to their sites; Jettis does not. What my coworker would have been referring to is the fact that the merchant uses our software to initiate payment to their affiliates; but these payouts are debited from the merchant funds, not those of Jettis.

I wish I could be of more help but the fact of the matter is that our relationship is with our merchants and they must deal with their affiliates directly. Surely we cannot be held responsible for any of their outstanding issues.

I would simply recommend that you stay in contact with these two merchants and I hope you're able to reach resolution."

No of course don't contact a program owner and tell them to pay.
No of course don't give any telephone numbers to get in contact with these jerks.
No of course don't close their accounts.

If I do business with a war criminal and sell this person weapons which will be used to kill innocent people with my notice then I'M RESPONSIBLE.

I believe thats one of the very reasons why VISA did what they had to do with sites like CCBill. Not the fee thing, but making the clients sites and all that public information...

Like a shopping mall...
if you called the mall you could get the info for the store in the mall.

Where is this Jettis located?
