				 | Sennheisers all the way for home listening. A pair of HD570s are making sweet, sweet love to my ears as I type this. Bose makes some kickass noise cancellers though. I got to try a set out on a flight out of vegas one time, pretty damn impressive! |

				 | Oh, one word of warning if you decide to go get the HD570s: be prepared to re-rip or re-obtain any mp3 you have that's 128kbps or less. The sound reproduction is so tight that you'll hear every annoying glitch and artifact in the mp3 encode. 160kbps/192kbps for mp3, or level 5 and up for OGG. One of those unintended side-effects when bumping up a level of quality I guess. |

A little writeup about em. Not cheap, but looks like the kind of phones that'll last you a lifetime of awesome sound. | |
