Just so everyone is clear...

studiocash.com and xgape.com are the domains in question with the same whois information because studiocash owns xgape.com, we have established that.

They provided that domain so that this dude could run a 'test' of their sites, fair enough.

So why then, if this guy doesnt have any domains of his own, did the screengrab he posted above on the domain, pornv.com (a different domain) which is hosted NOT on webair, also have the EXACT same whois information? I guess sponsors now give their affiliates multiple domains to use these days?

3 different domains, 2 of which are apparently owned by studio cash, plus another domain apparently also owned by them according to the whois info.

Definately seems like a scam to me ;)

Oh I must have missed him saying it was TGP traffic. And my point was they wouldn't give him an FTP account and NOT KNOW WHO he is. From the sounds of things it's not their normal proceedure. I know if I were a brand new company and broke my policy for a wm who was supposed to send me mass joins. I'd prolly be watching that account, and doing my best to keep my new found whale happy.

Yes I'm interested in the numbers as well, don't get me wrong at all. It just smells of a set up. But thats ok with me actually. StudioCash uses NATS and thats all I need to know.

1. They Viewed this Mans TCG stats and based upon this they decided to go against their own policy and give him free hosting. Hosting that he will send his TGP traffic to.

It's good to see tests like this.

I can't wait to see some real numbers. Their flagship site looks pretty good.

And for those of you arguing the fact about the hosting: MANY sponsors do NOT give hosting to affiliates. However, there is always exceptions. If I was contacted by an affiliate who said he can send X amount of joins every single day, I would for sure give him free hosting, not to mention a lot of other things I wouldn't normally give a regular affiliate. And I guarantee you we are not the only ones who will do this. Use your head, people.

As for you European Lee, this is a business thread. I'm sure there are some petty drama threads you can play around in. Leave.

Koshka. Post your money value too. 1/60 ratio fine for today, but is that on PPS where you get $35 if it converts or is it 50-60% recurring. Post how much money you make.

And is studio cash first page hits counted or 2nd page or joinpage hits. It makes a big difference.

1/60 ratio is nothing if its joinpage hits and if only 50% of them convert to full from trial then that $35 per join is turned into US$17.5 per join instantly. So interested in what they are showing and what your real ratio's of money made are.

And if you're giving him the benefit of the doubt, where does a need for a TEST come in?

Let me clarify, I CAN afford hosting. I have been a webmaster for a long time and do fine for myself.

I do have hosting for myself, I have 2 dedicated servers where I host my 3 TGP's, I got the hosting account from StudioCash to do galleries on, which I have yet to do.

And I posted my stats on the StudioCash hosting and not my own because I did not want to reveal the name of my TGP's.

And for those of you arguing the fact about the hosting: MANY sponsors do NOT give hosting to affiliates. However, there is always exceptions. If I was contacted by an affiliate who said he can send X amount of joins every single day, I would for sure give him free hosting, not to mention a lot of other things I wouldn't normally give a regular affiliate. And I guarantee you we are not the only ones who will do this. Use your head, people. As for you European Lee, this is a business thread. I'm sure there are some petty drama threads you can play around in. Leave. With that said, i'm anxious to the results of this test. Post your money value too. 1/60 ratio fine for today, but is that on PPS where you get $35 if it converts or is it 50-60% recurring. Post how much money you make. And is studio cash first page hits counted or 2nd page or joinpage hits. It makes a big difference. 1/60 ratio is nothing if its joinpage hits and if only 50% of them convert to full from trial then that $35 per join is turned into US$17.5 per join instantly. The guy says in his first post he'd be sending traffic from 3 TGP, all of the sudden he doesn't have a single one and gets some free hosting to start, based on his gooooooood ratios with TCG. And these great ratios seems to be from somebody who cannot even afford hosting... OK, it could happen, but all these coincidences are suspicious to say the least. Yes, this sounds shady to me, this time (and only this time) European Lee seems to be right, at least to my eyes, I gotta give credit where credit is due And btw, I'm waiting for SC ending its beta testing to try it, sites looks really good
