For 98%...when im drunk i sometimes smoke like half a cig or so.
After 10 years of daily smoking the need for cigarettes just stopped. Its not that i wanted to quit...it just happened. How odd is that eh?

I cant even imagine anymore waking up and light a cigarette...how gross haha.

Anyway, i feel better, way better, both physically and mentally. Plus now i know how cigs smell on your clothes and stuff. Pretty dirty.

I'm quitting soon. Slowly, I was able to cut down smoking to 2 sticks per day.

i think my smoking days are quickly coming to an end.
i work out 5 days a week, walk 2 miles on the treadmill then 30 mins of a stairs-climber (then weight training for 30 mins) and my lungs cant take both the working out and smoking. and i refuse to give up the gym. so it looks like bye-bye ciggys soon
