bulk mailing question
I want to buy bullet proof hosting in China and send bulk email to a website.
I know that this is not really legal here in canada, or espeacially the usa, and I am wondering if this can still get me into trouble, even if the website and the mail server are in China. Any advice appreciated.  |

they can catch you no matter where you are, and it's up to them to see if they will cross borders or not
I read an article on how Yahoo sued a Canadian last year. Msft and Pfizrr tag-teamed early this year to go after tons of pharmacies too, including at least 1 canadian one my advice to anybody (ESPECIALLY if you are in the USA): stay away from bulk mailing, it will only get you in trouble, especially if you are new to it |
