Insufficient information exists to conclude a logical answer. What will the server be used for? Specifically how data will you be pushing per month? Will the site(s) be CPU/Database driven? Who will you manage/secure the server?? At what cost?? What if any control panel is available and at what cost? What will be backups cost and where will you store them?
