The Netbilling Merchant area needs a few improvements
first of all, I'd like to say that netbilling is a great company and I've never had an issue with them. but as a designer i have a few things i'd like to comment on as far as usability is concerned.
The main thing I think needs the most improvement are the reports. They don't appear to be too user friendly or customizable. Ideally it should be one form that will allow you to control the variables, instead of having to click around on the few predefined reports that they have. Also on the standard reports, I'm not quite sure but off the top of my head, I do believe that the numbers reported are including test transactions as well - which I think a distinction should be made, because I know myself I test a lot and sometimes forget to delete the test transactions/members. And the only other thing I'd recommend is being able to make the distinction between test members and real members when you "Browse members". anyhow i'm not being a nitpicker, it is sufficient as is - but it'd be better if those adjustments were made in my opinion. what do you guys think? |

I actually think that their reporting is the best out there. The custom reports are extremely configurable and the member reports are right on target. I do think that standard reports should ot include test transactions or test members. You should suggest that to them. Other than that, "Netbilling is off the hook"!
