Im glad us guys on the East Coast dont fight like this, and i rent my 3000 sq ft studio for $50 an hour, $350 for the day (8 hours) with i have 12 scenes with 3 different lighting options from britek light all the way up to full kino flo systems . Anyone on the NYC area hit me up im having a Grand Opening Bash in a month, come on down and check out our new studio.

Some places have there own permits. We have our own. But i have seen a lot of locations listed lately with ... "Have Permit" ... So i figured the more he could give the better. I don't actually deal with production stuff ... i am a webmaster. But whenever i see stuff we could potentially use ... i try to pass it on :thumbsup
