The pic is not photoshopped, but I did notice that in the vid I have there's a dissolve when he moves from hanging with one hand to hanging upside down by his feet. If he was wearing a hidden harness then it probably would have been obvious during that change.

If no one had said "hidden harness" I would just assume that it may have taken him a few tries to go upside down, and the edit was just to keep things fluid and interesting...
