I took down ACH billing...

Good fucking bye ACH. That damn thing was a big neon sign to surfers that said "rape me". Oh, and I got billed for all the joins that were NSF.

I guess you're talking about Electracash. They charge fees on ALL charges, including NSF... and their scrubbing is the worse ever. (it's good for them)

So basically they have no scrubbing and charge you on 40% of NSF.

Achbill is way better. Only take fees on valid charges.

Paycom sucks ass for charging you for those NSF on those checks. If you didn't make any money on the transaction....their asses shouldn't make any money either. Sucks to be in business with people like that IMHO!

we pulled this kind of billing a long time ago. To many returns and scammers.
May work for some but for us it sucked.

Thats your mistake for using a processor that charges for NSF, you should be using WTS-Bank who doesnt charge unless you get your money, contact me on icq and I can get you in contact with them.

definitely join up with wtsbank.
we had that problem a while back with a third party processor and then we changed to wtsbank and it made a huge difference! we actually saw money from checks!

We do our ACH through Netbilling and they have good scrubbing and better rates than anyone we have found. 5% and 25¢ per transaction.

How can processors like ccbill offer "no fee NSF" when they have relatively low scrubbing on checks (ie: they offer immediate access so their average check chargeback is going to be higher), but a dedicated check processor charges you regardless? Sounds like a bad arrangement with the bank, or pure greed

CCbill and some of the others who charge you 14-20% for check processing absorb the NSF fees because they charge an very high rate for the approvals.
