Getting a bunch of hits (4k in a few hours) from the following urls, and can't figure out what the hell the site is:

http://212.83.120.133/chat/emptyk.html
http://212.83.120.133/chat/kindex.php

Does anyone have any idea who/what this is?

returns this:

The other two, and the root, return nothing.

Okies.. it's an IRC server

found a bunch of referer logs on google searching on "pstream.php", and by going to a site and entering their "chat" link got to the server. But, couldn't see shit without installing a java component - think I'll pass on that today.
