Thanks for the help. The 10DollarSluts is just a 404 page. My guys are writing a 404 script right now because of this. What it will do it send us an email for any 404's with the referring gallery, it will also have a js back link on it, so the surfer can easily go back to the page he was on.

I want full time gallery builders, that does templates and populates them. Per job is not feasable with our load.

the content on reality cash makes the difference. My ratios are killer and it isn't because of the designs of my galleries.

I'm staying up at night trying to find ways to get more eyeballs on my reality cash galleries. As soon as my extension cords get here, I'm going door to door with my laptop.

Normally I'ld be wringing my hands in sinister glee as XXXoutsourcing has been kind of rude in the past but there's a bigger issue here.

It's about service plain and simple. Lensman provides many outstanding service and opportunities everyone gets to take part in or share. Not just the pornmeisters either. So when he gets sideswiped we ALL get sideswiped to one degree or another.

Whether outsourcing had anything to do with it I doubt it. I used to swear not to outsource but having had to work with management over the years in several industries I understand WHY outsourcing can be beneficial. Long story but it's about the character of the people you choose to work with.

Anyway, unless you're smarter and more successful than IBM, Microsoft, Intel, Mastercard, Oracle and VISA just to name a few companies that outsource, I'd suggest you to check and then re-check your head.

Now, that xxxoutsourcing fucked up big time, no doubt it, but hey, they galleries were always crap, the sample that Lensman posted is shitty enough to be kickeck for the look if not by all the mistakes. The secret in this is to outsource to somebody who'll work for you and nobody else than you, otherwise you might get this as a result.

Undoubtedly outsourcing does work ... in some areas ... but too many people in this industry want to outsource everything and that plainly doesn't work.

The other mistake that people in this industry make is to think that outsourcing means absolutely rock bottom prices for every bit of work the outsourcers do.

There are definite cost savings built in to the outsourcing model but where it does not work is where the people running the outsourcing are trying to maximise their profits at the expense of producing quality work.

And of course there are too many people here who blindly recommend the work of some outsourcing companies without having any real clue about the quality of work those outsourcers actually produce.

yea big american companies outsource and the customer service sucks as does everything else realted to it except profits.

last night i spent an hour on the phone with bellsouth - a client forgot his passowrd for his email and the call was picked up in india, they tell me the account was closed. WTF?

I had the indians re-route me back to a U.S. cust serv rep - within 2 min i had the password

i also lodged a complaint and a mgnr was laughing because he said he hears it everyday and actually said bellsouth doesnt give a shit. those were his exact words.

it just a matter of time before it bites their corp ass - you get what you pay for in the long run but by that time corporate pockets are fatter, yours arent

I have never had luck with out sourcing either. I even tend to get pissed when trying to explain stuff to them.

I would hire Indians. They care about your money enough where they don't fuck around. I'm sure finding ones with the experience you want will not be easy though..


BTW I wish everyone got this outraged at fuck ups. I'm displeaesd with all the cam companies except clickcash.... How does anyone compete with them anyway?

You know, outsourcing does not always mean work completed in a different country. Several sponsors outsource to us on a regular basis. Our people live in either the U.S. or in Canada, and English is their mother tongue.

We do a fair size amount of gallery work on a regular basis. We double check everything. We work with our customers and make sure they are satisfied. We also do customer service. We go to every length possible within the limits set by the sponsor to keep their customers satisfied. I think our major benefit to them is being able to recognize when something has gone wrong and bringing it to their attention immediately so it can be fixed.

Not all outsourcing means offshored nor does it always mean poor quality. We have experience in almost every aspect of this industry and perhaps that puts us ahead of the game. I guess the word "outsourcing" is getting a bit of a dirty reputation, but most sponsors outsource a lot of work from design to custom content etc.

I just think everyone should base judgements on the individual companies and their experience, or others experience with them.
