Why on earth would anyone let an outsourcing company insert the link codes for you and secondly why would it not be checked for accuracy from your team of programmers prior to uploading.

I don't blame some outsource company getting paid a measly $10-$20 per gallery template.

Kman hit the nail on the head...seriously, all others are substandard....and even then I'd still feel compelled to have someone double check the work...editorial processes are often lengthy and a pain in the ass no matter how good the people are...

Most likely the code was inserted on the fly...They simply didn't even put the code to auto insert the affiliate code...

When you hire someone...You don't have time to review 40,000 galleries...You look at some...and assume the rest are done correctly...

That gallery has a lot of issues. The #1 and #3 videos are linked to the opposite video clips, and the #2 thumb links to a picture and not a video... and you have to love the blue text on a black background.

Lens, sounds like you're getting things in order. My only other question would be fixing the redirects to 10dollarsluts.com. That's as much of a problem as the broken galleries.

I never used to put codes in. That's programmings dept. Although even if I put codes in today, you're saying no one from programming is going through the code before things go live?

So why dont they work for themselves? Why dont they build sites and galleries for there own programs and sponsors? Why if they are so good do they need to keep spaming me for work if they are so good?

We have 400 hosted galleries launching with quite complex code on them. There will be mistakes made on the galleries by the first company that does them but that is why you then go through and check for typos etc.

If you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

My gallery builder sits 3 feet from me. Ya he costs more to have him in house but I would rather pay him more and have it done rite.

Even Bill Gates has people under him clearing $100's of mil a year... they have a boss.
Not everyone is cut out to work for themself. Some people are good at what they do... and that's it. Doing paper work, taxes, marketing, PR, sales and everything else just doesn't cut it when all you know is design.

The difference is that, adult webmastering is one of the only jobs you can start for yourself, if you are any good for zero investment. You are asking for work, where unlike your examples of working for Bill Gates, that you are competing on a leval playing field. In fact if you are working in a third world place like the philapenes, that you can make a gallery, if it coverts, you make the same money as a US webmaster, but the advantage to you is that dollar is worth much more.

So without any effort, if a third world outsourcing company knows what they are doing, they could make the equivalant to 10 times what a US webmaster makes with the same effort. But they dont, why not? Because they prefere to constantly spam me for fun? No, the answer is they are shit and dont know what they are doing is my opinion

I dont think its the biggest deal in the book , surfers will just be a bit confused , but nobody loses cash like with the other issues. But i think whomever designed those or was in charge of those galleries needs a kick in the pants

Just to chime in here - I have also had a terrible experience with them.

I tried and tried for months to make the relationship worthwhile and no matter how much hand holding I did, nothing good came of it.

I had such high hopes too. :(
