Error need help grrr - GoFuckYourself.com

Every min or two I am getting a window popup saying windows has an error and needs to shut down. Every time I click don't send or send error report it shuts down my folders and refreshes my desktop. Anyone know what the hell is up with this? How can I fix it? I have tried several things and its just not working.
