because its full records it must be hacked data? Lots of company sell and lease thier data and if anybody is worried about hacked databases i can put you in touch directly with the companies who sell it. Of course they don't let you exchange data only buy it.

Im not the one who generated the optins. A few big companies and a data broker are the ones who sold it to me so blame their privacy policy
