I think the western part of US also changed the clock this night. East US does it a week later.

RELAX people, it's so easy! boneprone is right. The western hemisphere is 12 hours later than the standard eastern time which when added is only one hour behind those that have their clocks set for daylight savings time anywhere were it is April 3rd, or today depending on what drugs you are on that morning. It's so simple.
