I have to be at work at 8am, it's 11pm now. I can't sleep because all of the ideas running through my head won't let me sleep, and tomorrow I'm going to feel like complete ass.

It doesn't help that my ex's dog is a whiney bitch who will be wanting me to let him out at 4 am.

WTF am I supposed to do to get some sleep?? (Short of drugs)

For one, stop asking THAT question.

Ask yourself, instead, whether the ideas that are running through your head will have an opportunity to come to fruition tomorrow in positive ways (like direct creation, inspiring others, etc.) or whether they are parasitic anxieties.

If the former, give yourself over to those ideas -- because going down THAT path will also lead you to the things you need to continue the path, like sleep, food, etc -- each, in their correct moments.

If the latter, however, make a random, abrupt decision IMMEDIATELY that forces an adjustment in the course of your life -- because something is WRONG (whether "small" or "large" -- no matter), and there's no way to escape it without throwing a "Destiny Dart".

"Destiny darts" I like that.

Many of these ideas would make an immense difference, but aren't something that I can accomplish just yet. there are other things that MUST be done first.

simple trick - takes 5 - 10 minutes.

Grab a pen and some paper and write the ideas down. Leave a little space between each one.

Go back to the top and jot down some quick notes - brainstorm a little on each one.

Put the pen and paper down with the satisfaction that you have formed the beginnings of a plan for your ides, then go to sleep.
