For one, stop asking THAT question.
Ask yourself, instead, whether the ideas that are running through your head will have an opportunity to come to fruition tomorrow in positive ways (like direct creation, inspiring others, etc.) or whether they are parasitic anxieties.
If the former, give yourself over to those ideas -- because going down THAT path will also lead you to the things you need to continue the path, like sleep, food, etc -- each, in their correct moments.
If the latter, however, make a random, abrupt decision IMMEDIATELY that forces an adjustment in the course of your life -- because something is WRONG (whether "small" or "large" -- no matter), and there's no way to escape it without throwing a "Destiny Dart".
