Who talks to their content providers?
When you are shopping for content, do you automatically go to the website or do you contact the sales rep?
If you do both, which do you do first? Which has more impact on you as a content buyer?

But not so much if it is just a sales rep who really can not answer complex questions or exclusive type deals. Basicly if the sales rep is no more helpfull or even less helpfull than the site I go to the site. P.S. If I am visiting the site often I will not buy since there is a good chance the site can not assist me in my needs. |
