Funny thing about it is I spoke to them a few months ago to take it off. This is the first time I have been back to look at it, and what is even weirder is that they listed it for $250K originaly and now raised it to $350K. If it sells for that I would be happy but I agree with galleryseek and think it can make more if developed well.

I still love all the e-mails from would be buyers through the domainsponsor link asking me to sell for $100 or $50

You have a deal though...as soon as we get some real cash flowing through this domain a bottle of wine is on its way to you. Just let me know if you prefer red or white.
