first half of the movie was great, once they got to the army camp it sucked balls....would have been great with a different second half.

They are in a world taken over by diseased zombies and they decide to use a fucking baseball bat to take them on!?!? WTF!?!? They couldn't break into a military armory or a police station and grab a couple of guns...fuck off! I have that rated as one of the most pathetic movies I've ever seen next to Leonard 6 and Wing Commander!

The world is full of zombies but it's nothing my Louisville Slugger can't handle...yeah right!

Also, the director was being realistic: It would take a pretty warped imagination to accept a society where everyone knew how to use a gun.

I knew how to use a gun when I was 8 years old. It's really not that hard of a concept to grasp and if I knew a slew of zombies was hot on my trail then I would break into a bookstore and learn faster than I've ever learned anything in my life! Hell, just pick up one issue of Guns and Ammo and you're shooting like a pro in no time!

I would rather have a zombie kill me than knowing that I didn't put up a good fight because I forgot to choke up on my bat.

awesome movie. the new Dawn was dope too. But, you gotta remember they were in England, and its not like in the US where everyone has a piece, guns are outlawed, and even the coppers don't usually carry.
