go to your icq folder and double click on DB.ADMIX.EXE

I couldn't really connect for about 2 weeks.
I found this link ftp://ftp.icq.com/pub/ICQ_Win95_98_N...cqpro2003a.exe and installed it. My favorite version of icq and I haven't had any problems connecting since. |
