It's not my place to say but if he wants to come out and tell you all what Dave did then he will. it's being investigated last I heard. basics are this.

Dave acused someone of being something and some people got really upset and threatened him over something he didn't even do. Someone even threatened him with a gun.

Nobody has come right out and said it was Dave with any real proof but the times this happened Dave just happened to be posting on the forums. His approach and style was just like Dave's. Even on a certain blog discussng the matter Dave piped in and said this gfy'er deserved what he got.

It all adds up.
