Who stole the design?
It?s obvious that the design below was taken from http://adult.iwantu.com/

The email that was sent to me goes to sexsearch.com, as far as I know, IwantU and Sexsearch are not part of the same company.

Is BigHip who sends out the double-opt mailer to blame or sexsearch.com?

i doubt anyone stole it, iwantu has a dating siter program and they brand the site to your name but everything is theres

It'll only matter if you're a designer, specially if that's your design stolen.

Well, if someone is using our promo content to promote our competition, that's not cool...

However, as long as work is atleast 20% different from the original, it's not considered copyright infringement if I remember internet law correctly. Besides, if they are copying our site it means the know it converts hehe

I doubt Sexsearch gave the ad to this person, so really it's no big deal.
