Who stole the design?
It?s obvious that the design below was taken from http://adult.iwantu.com/


The email that was sent to me goes to sexsearch.com, as far as I know, IwantU and Sexsearch are not part of the same company.

Is BigHip who sends out the double-opt mailer to blame or sexsearch.com?

Well, I would be pissed if people steal my work and try to make a profit off of it.

i doubt anyone stole it, iwantu has a dating siter program and they brand the site to your name but everything is theres

they're similar.. but yeah, who cares?

There's so many sites out there now, of course some look the same.

sorry but thats a blatant rip off.

It'll only matter if you're a designer, specially if that's your design stolen.

Well, if someone is using our promo content to promote our competition, that's not cool...

However, as long as work is atleast 20% different from the original, it's not considered copyright infringement if I remember internet law correctly. Besides, if they are copying our site it means the know it converts hehe :upsidedow

I doubt Sexsearch gave the ad to this person, so really it's no big deal.

I'd say they're similar but not enough to warrent drama
