if you shoot video at a party with nudity and everyone is aware of the camera, is it still subject to model releases, etc?

you know kinda how GGW works

Denial rights are drifting in favor of the performer.

If it were me, I'd get them to sign over the television rights to the 9th centimeter-depth of their anuses -- but that's just overkill.

Depends on alot of things...

Your local laws to start with, no one here can give you a straight answer unless they know your local laws.

Secondly... If in the US, is the content sexually explicit as defined by USC 110 Section 2256?

If it's just plain party nudity you'll be fine... but if there's minors there and it's anything other than tits stay away. Remeber, if you don't have the docs anyone can be presumed a minor.
