question about nudity on video
 

if you shoot video at a party with nudity and everyone is aware of the camera, is it still subject to model releases, etc?

Your local laws to start with, no one here can give you a straight answer unless they know your local laws.

Secondly... If in the US, is the content sexually explicit as defined by USC 110 Section 2256?

If it's just plain party nudity you'll be fine... but if there's minors there and it's anything other than tits stay away. Remeber, if you don't have the docs anyone can be presumed a minor.

i believe it has become a natural reaction for intoxicated women to flash tittes or make out with their friends when there is a camera within a 50 ft radius

i dont think (unless under some overzealous definition) flashing and kissing fall under 2256 if i remember correctly
