I have flown them about 6 times in the past year. They are an excellent airline IMO. There hub is in Dullas, VA

well after the collapse of the discount airline jetsgo in canada a few days ago..Id say avoid any cheap or unknown airline ...remember you get what you pay for

I've flown with them at least 12 times in the last year. They are cheap and easy to work with on the upside. There are no non stop flights offered and seem to run on delays more often than other airlines. (The delays could have just been my bad luck on those days and not an overall reflection of Indepence Air.) flyi.com
