My source is 100% reliable, it's a big company!

And where are all these big clients getting their traffic from that is paying via IBILL?
From webmasters who are not being paid and still sending lots of sign ups on a daily basis. :1orglaugh The big guys rely largely on affiliates, who would see any connection to IBILL as a bad sign. T Then there is the situation of how long will these big clients hang on to a sinking ship? If we were billing via IBILL (we thought about it but one look at Jason Galanis;s profile told me to stay away) and they had not paid others for one month I would soon be steering payments in a different direction. Because IBILL will go down and even if you are being paid by them expect them to take at least the last two months and any reserve you have with them. Being paid today is no guaranty of being paid tomorrow. So who are these big clients still billing via IBILL? |
They owe me over 30k and i have not seen a dime!

Its perfectly logical to do that. The top 20% always produce 80% of the revenues in any deal.

Look for the people (running webmaster forums) who still take Ibill advertising. If those people run affiliate programs, they are probably being paid. Otherwise, why would they continue to run the adds? |
The only way anything is going to get accomplished here is if we ban together and nail them. Class action? hell yeah. The adult industry will only survive problems if we all stick together on this. Hey let's not forget that iBill is somehow able to pay its emplyees and top execs...that money is obviously coming from somewhere. As for iBill and their top dogs having agreements to stay on the down-low, that is excelent conspiracy theory, but only provable in court...See where this is leading? You see that damn James Sokolov on the TV all the time suing Rx companies all the time...there's enough money in us here to make it worth his or any other real lawyer's time and efforts. Let's not forget that the money had to go through First data in order to get to iBill's pocket.
