I know someone who had hair "transplant", they take it from the back of your head and stick it on the bald spot, it works 95% of the time.
You're looking at $10k for a good surgeon, but is sure beats the Kojak look

Actually they cut it in vertical bands, so you also get a little face lift effect.
That's why you need a good surgeon, otherwise you'll have hair again but your face will look weird

Have you tried propecia? I friend of mine used it for years to curb his hair loss & saw some regrowth as well. You'd have to take it the rest of your life though. He eventually quit paying for it & just shaved his head.
