I know someone who had hair "transplant", they take it from the back of your head and stick it on the bald spot, it works 95% of the time.

Have you tried propecia? I friend of mine used it for years to curb his hair loss & saw some regrowth as well. You'd have to take it the rest of your life though. He eventually quit paying for it & just shaved his head.
