Sponsor didn't pay? Stupid fucking procedures.

I just don't know how lame and stupid sponsors can be when a webmaster thinks a check is missing.



Here: is a simple procedure for sponsors to follow:

1. webmaster emails about missing payment.
2. Sponsor emails back "your complaint is being investigated, you will recieve a response in approximately 24 hrs."
3. Sponsor sends back an email with actual dates and amounts, and names on the check and the problem is solved or they pay the webmaster.


But here is how it really works:
(JC must be Jesus Christ since it's going to take an act of God to get this check)

No way you sent a check on 2-16 because I had only earned $37.41 by 2-15.

I cannot find any check stub with your company name.

I don't think you are looking at my stats because how else could you say I
had a check on 2-16? If I had actually gotten a check for that period than
I would still be missing checks from at least one more period.

So no matter what you say; I'm missing a check.

Unless you can send me a copy(front and back) of the cancelled check, I will
continue to believe that I was never paid.

I think my address may have been wrong and a check was mailed because it
seems I met the min payout during the period ending 3-15-2005($117) and I
think this would have been mailed around 4-1-2005.

It's a 100.00 minimum and checks are 2 weeks in the rears.

Checks are mailed on the first and the 15th roughly depending on it being a
weekend or not.

So I have a total of $250 in their account and the question is:
Can I just go to Jack in the Box, put in an application, get hired and flip enough burgers to earn $250 in less time than I will spend emailing the sponsor? (Maybe I can get assigned to the fries only and not actually flip)


I mean all that time with emails and they don't even know if I was paid.

My address may have been wrong; but that was because their affiliate software fucks up if you use a "#" for a suite/apartment number; that should have been a sign right there.

Hey, maybe I did actualy get a check, it is possible to forget; but the info they responded with leaves big dout. If they had responded with a check date and amount that actually made since according to my stats then I would have shut the fuck up after the first email.
