ACDsee 32, PSP7, Photoshop, Fireworks, or virtually any graphics program worth more than .03 cents.

I have Photoshop 6 & Fireworks 4..
I could do this with each individual file, however..I have somewhere between 300 & 500 megs of images..I'd rather batch process them.. |

like changing from 120kb to 80kb.. |

I'd suggest comparing the compression results from as many packages as possible. In my experience, for example, PSP is better at compressing images that Photoshop.
