MATCHA Tea ...it's a green tea. It's kinda expensive unless you find a good place that's not so mainstream to get it.
It's a green powdered tea, u use like 1tsp. powder to like 1/2 cup water. You feel so great, and it's the best antioxidant for your body and doesn't give you the shaky sugar/caffeine buzz.

For me I like the new "Monster Energy Assault" flavor. Cheaper than Red Bull even though it comes in 16-ounce cans. Pretty good tasting too, kind of like Mountain Dew Code Red.

I gotta go with Red Bull too. But if you want to do it right and more healthy, eat a bunch of fruit for breakfast. Its loaded with sugar and gives you a pick up while still giving you vitamins. Also, slam a Gatorade Propell drink. They are the bomb.
