Who knows RH? Till there is any info flowing about, it's hard to say. If, as they claim some Tsunami "warning centers" are at fault - sure they need their ass sued off, but it's a long way from that.

Notice they are trying to sue some resort complex as well? This smells more like "acts of God" than anything... ain't gonna be an easy one. Check any resort complex around the globe and bet ya can find the same "fault" with most :-)
