Remember one thing. The president of the U.S. salary is for life. He gets that forever. Also, presidents like Bill Clinton went on a speaking tour and wrote a book where he made alot of money.

I think Clinton could charge 50,000 - 100,000 a pop to show up at a speaking engagment.

they dont have to hide money.

They can sign a book deal the day after they leave office that would make them more than anything they could make under the table.

Naturally they don?t have to part with their cash either for security......lifetime protection until our current president George W. and then he and his successors only get 10 years of protection.
