Orangebill - GoFuckYourself.com

I have been getting a bunch of rape spam lately and finally got pissed off enough to look for a way to shut it down. The site in question uses Orangebill. I did a google search and a search on GFY and found out that these people process not only for rape/violence/incest/beastiality sites, but also for CP sites.

I thought about sending them a complaint using the form on the offending site, but I figured it would'nt do any good and would probably just lead to more spam. Is there anything that can be done about Orangebill? I really needs to be shut down. Since most of the shit the process comes from Russia, complaining to the FBI seems pointless. How about Interpole? And what about complaining to Visa and Mastercard? I can't imagine Visa would knowingly allow their cards to be used in this way.
