go to Walgreens, back in the Cold/Flu pills section, grab ( a green & white box) that says "Wal-phed Sinus & Allergy"..pay for it, go home, take a pill, and you'll be all better.
i take a pill everyday cuz i have bad allergies, havent had a cold all winter
