Get some nasal spray first thing in the morning. You'll thank yourself for it. I always keep a spray in my fridge at all times.

Get some vicks vapo rub :thumbsup

take some water, put some salt in it, use that. Opens instantly and no pain or after effects.

go to Walgreens, back in the Cold/Flu pills section, grab ( a green & white box) that says "Wal-phed Sinus & Allergy"..pay for it, go home, take a pill, and you'll be all better.

i take a pill everyday cuz i have bad allergies, havent had a cold all winter :thumbsup
