Most people who drink coffee on a regular basis build up a resistance to the effects of caffeine. That and it just effects different people in different ways. Coffee can make it easier for me to stay awake, but i never get that wired or hopped up feeling. It never really has.

I got attached to coffee while in the army. 5 years living in Portland Oregon helped seal the deal. I now start off my day with a pot of french roast, and have another pot in the latter part of the afternoon.

2 cups (24 oz. from 711) every am, with my cigarette, with Red Bull in between to save some of the coffee till my husband gets home, then I go out for my last cup after dinner...if i don't have my coffee, I'm so moody.
