Once the email issue is sorted out, you should let them know what some of your other email addresses are so that if anything goes wrong again, you can email them from another email address and they can know it's you. I have a virtual account there and i had a little FTP problem this morning and it got sorted out in a little over one minute.

yah, i usually would just hit up sly on icq but he hasn't been on. I emailed them from my gmail addy with my server name, real name, the problem, and my icq #.
