cutting mpegs
say you have one hour of video, in mpeg format....how do you cut it into say, 180 chunks (20 secs each). I used to use VCDCutter, but now it seems that when I cut the mpeg, the first few seconds of video are choppy which makes the clip unusable
 Any suggestions? |

You need a video editor
A software program like Pinnacle will do this - but it will be "mannual" I don't know of any automated programs that do this... If you need a quote for a video project like this hit me up on ICQ 247334208
