cutting mpegs
 

say you have one hour of video, in mpeg format....how do you cut it into say, 180 chunks (20 secs each). I used to use VCDCutter, but now it seems that when I cut the mpeg, the first few seconds of video are choppy which makes the clip unusable :( Any suggestions?

You need a video editor
